We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return items for any reason with following condition:
-You must advise it to us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week after you receive our product.
-The shipping cost to return product must be paid by you.
-You must be responsible for any damage before we receive returned product.
-We regret that original shipping charges are not refundable unless initial failure.
-All products must be returned in a re-salable condition. (Once you open the package, we don't accept to return them. We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition of the returned product.)
CANCELLATION & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT
If the transaction is canceled AFTER the order has been dispatched, you will be charged for the full amount of the order. Your payment will be adjusted when the products have been returned in satisfactory condition.
In addition, you will be liable for shipping charges. We do not refund original shipping charges.
If your package has been returned as "Unclaimed", and you would like the item reshipped, you will be liable for the new shipping charges.
